Terms of use

What the service is

We take the answers you give · budget, uses, games, resolution, refresh rate, monitor needs, existing parts · and produce a hardware recommendation with a compatibility check, a performance forecast and a price estimate. We also publish comparisons, part explanations, guides and market information.

We are not a store and not an agent of any store. We do not sell parts, hold stock, take orders, collect payments, arrange shipping, assemble machines or provide a product warranty. Every purchase is a transaction directly between you and a seller you choose.

We are also not a financial, legal or professional adviser. A recommendation is an informed opinion produced by a model, presented with its assumptions visible so you can judge it.

Permitted use

Personal, non-commercial use of the site is free and needs no account. You may save builds, share links to your own configurations, print a part list and take it to any store, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link.

You may not scrape the catalogue, prices or forecasts in bulk, whether manually or automatically; resell the output as your own product or service; present our forecasts as independently measured benchmarks; or copy substantial parts of the database, text or images.

You may not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to publish anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may block access that does any of this.

Recommendations, forecasts and prices

Performance figures are forecasts produced from measured baselines and stated assumptions, shown with a range and a confidence level. They are not a promise of the frame rate your specific machine will reach, because drivers, patches, settings, cooling and background software all move the result.

Price figures are estimates of the market at the time of the check, and can be stale by the time you click through. The binding price, the availability, the shipping cost and the taxes are whatever the seller shows at checkout. A landed-cost estimate on this site is an aid to comparison, not a quotation.

Compatibility checks cover socket, chipset, form factor, physical clearance, power headroom, memory type and speed support. They are thorough but not a substitute for the manufacturer's own compatibility page, which you should confirm against before you order.

Availability of a part in a particular country, store or bundle can change without notice, and a store may correct its own pricing error.

Your responsibility

Choosing to buy, placing the order, checking the parcel, assembling the machine and configuring the software are yours. Handling hardware safely, following the manufacturer's instructions, respecting warranty terms and any damage caused during assembly are your responsibility.

Second-hand listings are shown from public marketplaces for information only. We do not inspect items, verify sellers, hold funds or take part in the transaction, and we give no warranty on a used part.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A build produced from a wrong budget, the wrong resolution or the wrong game list will be wrong in the same way.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, engine, forecasts, comparisons and original graphics on the site belong to us. Manufacturer names, product names, store names and game titles and artwork belong to their owners and are used for identification and editorial illustration only, without any claim of affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship.

A build you generate is yours to use however you like, including commercially · you can hand it to a builder, post it in a forum or quote it in an offer.

Links to other sites

Store links, marketplace links and reference links lead to sites we do not control. Their content, prices, terms and privacy practices are theirs. A link is not an endorsement and carries no tracking or commission for us.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the site up, but it is provided without a service-level commitment. Maintenance, supplier outages and unexpected faults can interrupt it.

Features, catalogue entries, forecasts and prices change continually, and we may add, alter or retire any part of the service. Where a change removes something you relied on, we try to keep a path to the same information.

Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without a warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profit, lost data, wasted expenditure, or for damage arising from a purchase decision, a seller's conduct, an assembly error or reliance on a forecast or price shown here.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes consumer rights you have under the law of your own country toward the seller you bought from.

Law, jurisdiction and contact

Israeli law governs these terms, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to protective rules that apply to you as a consumer where you live.

If a provision here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it.
